new chipotle
No, actually I don't have any opinion on whether it's good or not. I haven't even tried it. It's likely to be good though, in my opinion. They have a method of bringing you fresh stuff and getting you to tell them how you like it, so it comes out better. I unlike most people actually like beans. And everything else is fresh.
But the big deal is, it puts Galesburg in another league. It's like moving from a Casey's-town to a Wal-Mart town - you are a city, if you have a Chipotle. Maybe not a big city, but at least not a town. We've made it. We are in the group of cities that all have Chipotles.
